













Hi fellow tarmac chompers, I've just completed my first half marathon at 1:57 and have a full lined up at the end of October so I'm wondering what are others experiences when moving to a full. I'd love to complete the full sub 4hrs. Has anyone had a similar experience or could share tips for me over the next few months.
With following a plan is it realistic to get to a sub 4 or better?
My recent fastest 5k time is 23mins, 10k - 55:10. I was following a garmin plan for the half, with a target of 1:50, but got injured 6 weeks to the race and was off for 3 weeks recuperating. Coach Greg was very confident of a 1:50 prior to injury. Any advice? Thanks all.
