The only exercise thats really helped
I used to do modern dance and always struggled with the posture. I also used to run, but only sprints because I have always had zero stamina. Ive also never been able to bike due to knee pain or do many sports. I tried PT but found it frustrating, unhelpful and too expensive. And I love swimming and it helps but I have injured my neck seriously swimming and was out for over a month. But I just tried Barre from a recommendation someone made in this subreddit and I cant find the comment now but it has been the best thing for me ive found thus far. So to the redditer whose comment I cant find and to all of you for adding to this community, THANK YOU! Starting this has just really helped my confidence in building my strength in those hard to pinpoint muscles and I feel like this is already helping me work on my posture and balancing muscle groups so much and I suspect will help my back, neck, knee, and foot pain long term.
