This one might be a little niche! I live in Dubai, the (hot) weather can have a huge impact on how I feel in a day, ability to workout etc. I find myself wishing I could log weather related tags or have the weather data from my phone influence the suggestions, for example today my readiness is high, sleep and activity scores are low, my suggestions have been to try getting more movement which hasn’t been possible because of how I’ve been feeling. I would love a way to attribute these things to the heat - we’re having a particularly hot week and it’s making it difficult to sleep & feeling more drained during the days.
Does anyone have any workarounds or things they do to track weather impact on their overall mood & energy levels?
