USTA has a massive sandbagging problem and it makes playing tennis not fun.

I play 3.5 and any team that qualifies for the playoffs is littered with sandbaggers. I see 4.5’s playing 3.5. The best player at my Open Drill plays 3.5 like WTF !!

Why does the USTA repeatedly keep ignoring this issue ?
