The British Film Institute are now accepting movies from Best of the Worst. The world's gone topsy turvy!

Hi all, any help with this would be massively appreciated as it is driving me a bit crazy. Based on this similar thread I tried finding the 'Dim flashing lights' toggle, but even though it shows up in the search in System settings the toggle doesn't seem to exist! I already disabled 'Automatically adjust brightness'.

My mac is a Pro on Tahoe 26.4.1 if that makes any difference.
