How do you know if girls view you as a leader?

What are the sides or actions that women exude when they view you as a leader or a man who is in charge?

Also got an another 50ishk in various checking accounts and a 100k paid off boat as well.

Company I work for provides me with a vehicle with all expenses paid. House is worth 600k with about 200k left on the mortgage.

I have the opportunity to become a stepdad if I so choose. I do like the girl in question and her kids, but all things considered as a single man with a decent job and not too bad on the eyes why in the world what I sign up to be a stepdad?
