I've noticed that the specifications for both cameras are identical in terms of photo resolution. And, although I've opted for the S1II because it can record externally in 6K Open Gate, I wanted to know if it matches or surpasses the S5II/S5IIX in High-resolution mode.
I know that, with ATOMOS, the Lumix S1RII can record in Apple ProRes RAW 8.1K and 7.2K Open Gate. However, I’m wondering if, among the “Camera Control” list for the S1RII on the ATOMOS website, all monitor-recorders support this feature or just specific models.
