been using a few different things but the one that actually stuck for me is BookSynth (booksynthai.com). built specifically for mdcat/ecat pakistan so it only covers what actually matters for the exam. the quiz system is the part i found most useful - it tracks which topics you keep getting wrong and keeps serving those back to you until you actually nail them. not just random mcqs, it targets your specific weak spots
also has short audio summaries per topic which i just play while commuting, and a chat that answers questions directly from the syllabus content rather than pulling random stuff from the internet
