i recently just started my job as a barista and every one of my coworkers have been complimenting me on my work ethic and such. last week tho, my manager said she’d fire me if i didn’t pick up the slack. i asked her the specifics and since then she’s been pushing me to the limit. getting annoyed any time i ask her a question and tells me to “use my brain”. tells me to stop moving like a grandpa, gossips behind my back, points out every mistake i do while she completely ignores my coworkers. i’ve only been here 2-3 three weeks. is this considered workplace harassment or am i being dramatic?
