[DE] Account closure
Our Business Account was closed without any reason or notification from one day to the other.
Usually I‘d say there must be cause, but since 20 years of business nothing like that happened ever, I‘m certain it was not related to any Compliance issues.
Our Account Team and legal firm tried to get through a human, but did not work, rather than endless Ai Chats..
Working with Revolut is not like working with a Bank even they are fully licensed, but the reality looks different. We take legal actions, and take it up with the authorities, but as we know this is gonna take time.
Regardless it is a warning to everyone using Revolut. In general good, but once Revolut decides to close your account you need to be prepared for legal
limbo to receive the funds back.
