looking to convert my 2007 599cc to a side exit full system (very budget aliexpress route) wondering if this is the right style mid pipe to be able to do so, thanks

currently on 200mg test, finished 300eq ~7 weeks ago and tapered down test from 500-200 over 4 weeks. just got bloodwork a few days ago now that i believe test level should he stable and eq is %95 out of my system and this is the reading i got as shown in the picture (i’m canadian so here is the american units): total test-1490ng/dl, free test 395pg/ml, estradial 16pg/ml. does this make sense? chatgpt is practically telling me lifelabs must have messed something up. also may be worth noting i have always been a high aromatizer, after my first 3 months taking test i was at 275mg and estradial was 370pmol/l or 101pg/ml. just looking to see people’s thoughts here and if im missing somthing here i feel and look great libido and pumps r good even with approaching ~12%bf.
