Wife left state with baby
Hello, im going to try to keep this short i just need some advice. My wife was feeling home sick and while visiting her family in VA and decided to make the choice to stay there which by the way is okay with me if she needs the time with her family. We have a 8 month old baby boy who has been in Florida majority of those months and she stated that she and the baby will be staying in VA, dont want to go into so many details about our relationship but we have no drug or abuse issues and co-exist pretty good so this was completely random on her behalf. She stated that she missed her home state and its just her preference. What are my rights as a father and do i have to uproot my life here(FL)? Would you travel up there and try to make a new life her way or try to establish my rights here in florida where we planned to raise our child. Im 25 and struggling to wrap my head around what to do and whats best for my kid.
