Iglesia Ni Cristo Member as Mistress
I need advice regarding a situation involving an INC member and my husband.
My husband and I are married and we have a daughter together. A while ago, I discovered that he was having a relationship with an INC member. The girl knew from the beginning that he was married and had a family. When I confronted my husband, he admitted that they were in a relationship.
At that time, I also informed the girl’s family about what was happening. After everything came out, they stopped communicating and I believed the relationship had ended.
However, after more than a year, I discovered that they are still continuing the relationship behind my back.
We are currently based in the UAE, and I’m considering reporting the matter to the INC church because I feel this situation goes against the values they teach. I would like to know if anyone here has experience reporting this kind of issue to the church, especially while living abroad.
What is the proper process? Who should I contact first — the local minister, locale, or district office?
