I might be running a M20 campaign for a couple of friends, they've expressed interest in an orphan chronicle since they're still new to the lore, but im having trouble coming up with some ideas for the campaign, could anyone give some suggestions?

What the title says, would it be possible to force a mage to cast vulgar spells with another spell so that their own paradox eventually destroys them?
