From all accounts, the city of Kingston, Ontario, Canada, projects the image of a growing small city, anchored by a prestigious university, a military base, and thriving tourist and startup industries.

However, you know better.

Under the pretty veneer of success lies an ugly, broken foundation. Infighting among the city's different populations causes fractures along cultural, economic, and geographic lines. Legitimately, the city is like a duck. Calm on the surface, flailing underneath.

As a Kindred in the city, you know that this is a recipe for disaster. The Prince, who has held court in the city since the mid-90s following the major institutional exodus, is now facing a problem very similar to that of her predecessor: major changes threaten to lower the population once again. Lower population means fewer vessels to feed from.

Navigate the two mirrored societies of mortals and Kindred as you attempt to address these issues and preserve the domain's feeding sources.
