I purchased scentsip.com from GoDaddy on April 6th, waited 18 days but didn't see it on my account. So I contacted them on April 22nd and they said they need to cancel the transaction and do it again. I'm thinking, "strange but okay, you know better than I do". Fast forward to April 24, and I get an email saying my domain was refunded and that it's not available.
I didn't understand how I purchased it on April 6th, but that didn't go through. ICANN shows it was registered on April 22nd. I called GoDaddy and they basically connected with their domain specialists and said, "Nobody else owns it. And GoDaddy is unable to access it. Call back in 7 days."
I have a few backup domains already purchased for the business I'd like to open, but ScentSip.com was my favourite choice. So I'd like to see if it's possible to get this domain somehow.
