Do you guys feel we will get better insurance in the future? The high deductible plan is not so good

In 401k, is this considered behind? It feels like it, I currently contribute 13% to my 401k. Company matches first 4% and adds 6%.

Should I put some into a roth or keep that 13% in my 401?

Salary is 87k
