The movie follows a guy who works for a construction company and is tasked with getting an old man who owns a dying neighborhood to sign over that land so that they can build over it. He is assigned two other guys to help him go undercover working a ramen shop, which at first he hates, but over the course of the film becomes friends with them and the old neighborhood he was sent to takeover. The 3 find another rival company trying to do the same thing by sending their own 2 guys who pretend to work a food stand. All 5 come together realizing they actually love the neighborhood and its people and stop the hostile takeover from both their companies.
