I got my first eastern Hercules beetle larvae almost 2 months ago, and everything is going smoothly so far(knock on wood). But I have a question. When I ordered my larvae, I also ordered this container from the breeder which came with flake soil inside. When they came in the mail, without thinking, I just plopped the little guy in there. I know you are supposed to change out their flake soil every 3-4 months (from what I've read, that seems to be the average). Is that still the case even though he/she has all this flake soil? Or should this last longer? It's a 50 oz container/1500ml
