Could anyone please confirm whether the active noise cancellation can be completely turned off on the QuietComfort Ultra headphones, either the 1st generation or the 2nd generation
I am not 100% sure based on reading their website or manuals. Can anyone point me to somewhere that has the information on turning off the ANC on either version please
Is turning the noise cancellation level down to the lowest level on the slider the same as having no ANC? Does the "aware" mode, or any custom modes, turn off the ANC completely?
I am unable to wear active noise cancelling headphones for long periods of times so I am hoping to purchase a set of headphones that has the option to have it off when needed.
