Really just what the title says, i work at 10 am, i woke up at 4:30 feeling sick, texted my manager, she then texts back saying that if i do another last minute call out i could be fired. now i could be wrong, but im almost sure for most jobs a 2-4 hours time period is the usual policy, and i was well over that. did i call out last minute, or is my manager just being weird about this.
