Applied in the phonepe app and got rejected few days after completing VKYC

Mailed SBI Customer care and Nodal officer and they stated the photo missing was the reason (But i did photo verification while VKYC)

I asked them to recheck and resolve my application and i would be willing to do photo verification again if required

They asked consent for CIBIL check again to reconsider the application even though its technical error on their side!

Im confused Can i give Consent and Proceed or wait a month and Report to RBI Ombudsman?
