Sorry for the gruesome photo but I cleaned this water dish about 8pm. It sits on the ground and it’s a busy spot for the neighborhood critters. By 7am I found this.😢 I have another tall bird bath and noticed some odd stuff too (the floating bits like shown, but no body parts). Not what I had in mind when trying to bring birds to my yard. Other than the normal upper Midwest birds, I get owls, big crows and there are turkey vultures in the neighborhood. What’s going on? Do they clean their “food”?
