workplace truths - honest conversations
I feel like a lot of conversation around workforce end up with a lot of anecdotal truths around things like:
- worrying about retaliation for speaking up
- feeling pressured around PTO or sick days
- uncertainty about job security
- concerns about AI monitoring, evaluations, and workplace surveillance
I created a short anonymous survey to better understand how people actually feel about these issues across different workplaces and industries.
No emails or personal information are collected.
If enough people respond, I’ll share the aggregated results and trends back here for discussion.
