My sister wants to give me some money for blocking my work schedule to watch her toddler. I have 2 kids as well so I understand how it is, and daycare is expensive. I would love to do it for free, but honestly the money would help of course. I don’t want to ask her for anything crazy and she wants me to tell her an amount.

so my boy has wavy, curlyish hair and has never had a cut. Now it’s to the point it’s interfering with him being able to see because it’s so long in his eyes. One problem: dad doesn’t want his hair cut, which I don’t want a big one, but I do think he needs to see. Dad thinks if we do the “bangs” it will ruin the whole head of hair and go to mullet territory. I don’t want to do bangs obviously, but would a trim and keeping the hair long still work? What should I ask for?
