New to rosacea! Could use tips and opinions on my new skincare!

So I recently was told by a new derm that I have some rosacea but she didn't say what type. From what I've been reading I think I have type 1 and/or type 2 since I have the redness and I get the occasional deep pimples. She prescribed me doxy and pimecrolimus cream and let's just say my face is currently going through an adjustment with the cream. I use it once in the morning and I had to stop using all of my active serums and change up my skincare completely. I should say that I also have seb derm, combo skin, and the redness is on my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Most pimples show up on my chin.

Routine before pimecrolimus cream:

Naturium purple ginger balm (1st cleanser nights only)

Andalou 1000 roses foam cleanser

Cosrx honey propolis toner

Numbuzin 5 glutathione brightening serum ( daily)

Anua azelaic acid ( 3 nights a week)

Cosrx bakuchiol + peptide serum ( 3 nights a week)

Cosrx blemish toner pad ( weekly exfoliant)

Beauty of joseon moisturizer + spf 30 ( day moisturizer)

Dr. Althea barrier cream ( nights moisturizer)

Whew! I know...alot. But it seemed to be working for me!

After starting the cream

Bioderm micellar water (pink top, 1st cleanser)

Paula's Choice Calm ultra gentle cleanser

HELEBLUE centella toner

HELEBLUE centella cream

Pimecrolimus cream

Eltamd green tint sunscreen

I sandwich the pimecrolimus to protect my barrier. I also learned the Dr. Althea's has ingredients that feed the malassezia so I had to stop that. My skin has stopped hurting since I changed my routine but I know it's too soon tell if these prescriptions are going to work.

I would like to know if anyone has tried these products as well or if you have any tips?

Thank you!
