Thrifted this weird… necklace ?

Hi! So I thrifted this piece a few months ago, under the impression that it was a double layered necklace. After getting home and fiddling with it, I’ve since realized it is nothing of the sort??? The pearl strand lacks a clasp and remains completely secured. I have not the slightest clue what this piece is used for - it has remained an enigma in my closet for months now. Anyone have any idea on what this mystery piece is?

Hi! I just started the medication (25 mgs) yesterday, and I’m also on lexapro (20 mgs), I woke up today and have been so tired getting a good amount of sleep - I also have had a migraine for most of the day, as well as on and off weird zapping pains in my ears and throat. It’s scaring me a little, but I want to keep trying. Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone else??? Does it get better??
