Evening all, at the end of the last tax year I paid a lump sum into my Aviva workplace pension to bring me below the 40%. I would have normally salary sacrificed but there was a problem with the portal at work.

Aviva stated I would need to claim the tax relief myself. I filled in the online form on the gov website but heard nothing back? When I look at the form tracker it says completed?

Has anybody had any experience with this, how is the relief paid?

I know I probably just need to ring them but thought it was worth an ask.
