I recently had a visualization session for my genioplasty with my surgeon. After seeing the results, my main concern is that the chin looks super pointy, almost "witch-like", in the after.

Am I overthinking this? My surgeon mentioned that the rather stark downward movement is necessary to address my very prominent chin fold. I'd love to get some outside perspectives on whether the balance looks right.
