I live in Maryland and my wifi has been out for over 18 hours now. Initially it had a resolution time of yesterday at 4:45 pm but now it just says as soon as possible. I can’t even get the xfinity assistant to give me any updates it just says nothing but shows the three dots like it’s thinking but never answers. I work from home so this is incredibly frustrating as I can’t do my job and I have no idea when it will be back online.
