Samsung refuses to offer FOC screen replacement for green line issue in my Samsung S23

Recently I updated my Samsung S23 2 days layer a faint green line appeared which went but now it has become permanent. When I contacted support they told my they will replace the screen FOC provided I produce the original purchase invoice which is 3years prior. I bought the device 2 years before so I thought I was eligible, when I went to the service centre I was told that my phone is not eligible because it was not bought in india but in UAE. They said I can claim the FOC only in the country of purchase, which is impossible now as I am working in India and bought the phone when I used to live in UAE.

When I contacted support again regarding this the person gave conflicting statement saying only indian devices are eligible for repair and overseas devices are not. When I asked him about this he responded 5 minutes later when I was typing my reply he said I took too long to reply so he closed the chat, now I had to start the whole process again until I was connected to another human assistant who isn't much help as she said the FOC eligibility will be determined only after the service centre inspects the device which they refused to do so as the device. Now the person has started sending some steps for my non existent samsung washing machine( I know this is weird but that's exactly what happened).

Truly fed up with samsung their FOC screen replacement is only a PR exercise for the Indian market, if they truly cared about their customers they would have provided the same for all customers regardless of country.
