2019 civic lx leak

Hello all, So i have a 2019 lx with 63k miles and noticed a burning rubber smell from my ac coming from the engine bay i believe. i noticed it first time then smell went away then it cam back after few minutes. So i checked and noticed some sort of a leak on the back side of the engine. I thought my PCV valve is bad so i check and did the shake test and i can hear something shaking the hose also seems fine cant see any cracks or leaks on the connection point. wanted to see if anyone has experienced this issue?

Dental claims issue

Long story short around august 2024, my wife went to a dentist here in northern california she got extraction for a bad tooth and was also advised to get a new set of upper and lower dentures she got an appt for fitting we went twice and was advised to wait couple weeks to get it, fast forward we called for an update called twice with in a month i believe and didnt get any update was told to keep on waiting and will call us back, so after that we never bothered as if they didnt really care on updating us so now its 2026 and we moved to a different dentist and were trying to get her a new dentures as we are thinking it just didn't push through or something didnt work on that previous denture replacement, but our new dentist saw that previous dentist claimed it on our insurance so we cant do it and will need to wait 5 yrs for her for the benefits to refresh. So i called that previous dental office and told them to void the claim but they wouldn't since its already filed etc etc and they tried to call 2025 around august so basically a year before trying to update us lmao and she will now consult the dentist for this issue and check if they still have the dentures somewhere. My question is is there any governing body to complain about this? and is it gonna be looked at or worthy? our dental insurance is delta dental we based in norcal, its just crazy to it took 1 yr to call us that the dentures are ready. should we file a complain? or were just stuck with this dentist and just keep working with them
