I've worked with the second and third, but have had a hard time with angels.
I had a water demon named "Castafel" teach me about spiral force and a spell to significantly increase my rotational strength. Like very significantly.
I met an air demon who named himself "The Cleaver" that attacked me in the astral, stabbed my left lung, and then I got an athsma attack plus mild pneumonia in that lung. I was hospitalized for a few days but it paid off, the demon killed an evil person from the group I ordered.
I had a water elemental that embodied the cold of outer space "the lunar nymph" partially merge her soul into my then best friend who is now my wife.
And an earth elemental who was an Earth King of central Europe gave me a familiar that haunted the dorm I was staying at until I told it to stop. Then it stopped. It also did its job of neutralizing the force of physical attacks against me that should have rightfully knocked me out (a kick to the head from a pro heavyweight fighter, I literally just ate it and he stumbled backwards with me barely even budging).
All these entities left their mark on me. Castafel gave me jealousy, the Cleaver gave me pneumonia, the Lunar Nymph made me feel lovesick and the earth king made me super disciplined and productive.
But I've never worked with angels even though I want to. I tried the Damien Echols method but he won't provide the sigils in his book!
