Indian Gamers Beware: My Cryztalzone Shared Game Experience (₹1599 Gone Wrong)
⚠️ My Experience with Cryztalzone (Shared PS5 Game Purchase) – Please Read Before Buying
I’m posting this on Reddit so other gamers can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money.
I purchased a shared PS5 game from Cryztalzone for ₹1599 and honestly expected a smooth experience and proper support after payment.
Instead, what happened was:
• Payment was completed, but I waited for hours with almost no clear response. • I had to repeatedly message on WhatsApp, send payment proof, order screenshots, and keep asking for updates. • No proper timeline was given for order completion. • After finally getting access, I started getting game suspension/login conflict messages while playing because the same account appeared to be active elsewhere. • Important details about shared account limitations were not clearly explained before purchase.
In my personal opinion, experiences like this can feel very misleading, especially when you are paying premium money expecting peace of mind.
Because of what I personally experienced, I would not recommend purchasing shared-account games from websites like Cryztalzone without fully understanding all the risks, limitations, and account-sharing conditions.
