I already made an appointment with my PCP, but it's not for a few weeks. I went through the subreddit for a while and I couldn't find anyone with scores this low. Should I be concerned?

I don't use an inhaler and got off AD as an infantryman in 2025. I always knew I was a shit runner, but this seems excessive.
