Idk what to do, im not sexually atcive tho, is it fine if i throw that extra pill in trash now and just continue normally? ( i forgot to tske one yesterday )

Im afraid of other peoples gifts, like if someone has gifted me something, i cannot use the item, like for example lotion, cannot use it because im afraid that they have casted spell on the item and now if i use it, id get the curse, this happens with so many items i have to lock these things up or throw these things away, and if i put these items like in storage i cant use like the cabinet ever again bc its ”infected” with the curse… any relief on this?
