How I survived a toxic relationship.
In no particular order:
Asking friends for help and being completely honest with myself and them.
Therapy.
Unpacking and taking accountability for my part.
Reading Martha Beck, Finding your North Star.
Listening to Mel Robbins and Martha Beck podcasts.
Really listening to the lyrics of Taylor Swift's The Tortured Poets Department album.
Asking myself, what in this moment, would.bring me most peace? And doing just that.
Also, making decisions that way. ^
Rest.
Seeking out a community of like minded people.
Gratitude.
Leaning into thing that bring me joy.
Honoring myself.
Hope this helps someone!
