Applied Online on April 6 – Still Under Review in May. Normal?

Hi everyone,
I applied online for my wife’s visa status change in Japan from Student Visa to Dependent Visa on April 6, 2026.
Current status still shows “Under Review.”
Processing history says:
Applied: April 6, 2026
Application completed: April 6, 2026
Examined: April 7, 2026
But since then there has been no update.
It has been more than 1 month already.
I wanted to ask:
How long did your online immigration application take?
Did your status stay “Under Review” for a long time too?
Did anyone receive additional document requests during the process?
I applied through the online immigration system in Japan. Any recent timeline experiences would really help. Thanks!

Anyone took the 50cc moped test at Konosu recently?

Has anyone recently gotten a 50cc moped (gentsuki) license from the Konosu Driver’s License Center in Saitama? I’m planning to apply and would like to know the current procedure, required documents, test difficulty, fees, and whether the written test is available in English.
