Ive been trying to give Roblox my all of my government ID, my face my everything just to publish my game and nothing is working.

The ai support just keeps saying the same thing over and over “verify I’d verify I’d” and anytime I do it it keeps saying “Couldn’t verify ID” on the Roblox page. Everything else in the persona page could go perfectly but it just does not work.

I have a mistake where my account says 2008 but it’s supposed to be 2006, Ive tried to change my birthday with my ID and it keeps saying age range 18-20 but It doesn’t update my ID

Anyone know a fix, this was not happening before the last update.
