Guys im 17 yrs old and i was working with my father ( i work and study ) and we had a conversation and it goes wrong so i got kicked from my home and i went to my mum's house so now im asking

My personal pc and my phone and some of my clothes are in the house and he wont give me them

Btw i worked for them and they cost alot but on the papers its his own stuff so can i get them with the law or not ? I really worked for them and im sad about it
