Would Toji look like his stage play actor if he was real, I mean have the actor’s face?

Would Toji look like his stage play actor if he was real, I mean have the actor’s face or is it a separate interpretation (also my post glitched so I had to reupload this)

Would the characters in the anime look like their stage play actors (like the jjk one) if they were real?

I know it’s impossible to know since they can’t be real, but I’m asking if the play itself is a separate interpretation to how they’d look in the jjk one? Can someone tell me if my answer would be correct? The Characters wouldn’t actually look like their actors because it’s a separate interpretation.
