I tried undervolting, but my CPU (i5-12500H) doesn't support it. The solution is to disable CPU Turbo in the ThrottleStop app — it worked really well! My CPU now averages 65°C on loading screens with no FPS drops. I play at 60 FPS because of my screen's refresh rate limit. At higher FPS you might experience drops, i dont know

searched a lot in the subreddit for fix and didn't found it. so i made this post to help any with the same problem

note: you have to open ThrottleStop everytime you play to apply the changes.
