I just bought a box of protein shakes with zero sugar but it tastes super sweet. Is it OK to drink? Worried it will spike my blood sugar

I put my clothes in the front loading washer and run it twice. Each wash is 30 minutes so total time is an hour. Anyone else do that? I feel like 30 minutes isn’t enough time to thoroughly wash clothes
