Can anyone give me any insight or advice?

My grandma had a masectomy and reconstruction more than 10 yrs ago, and recently the skin is dry, flaky, and itchy. There's been some dark discoloration too. I tried to contact her surgeon but he's retired since and the cancer center she was with hasn't been very helpful with a wait time of a few months to get seen since she currently doesn't have cancer 🙃

Her PCP can't see her for a few weeks either.

Help?
