25 looking for advice on lipodema + energy
Hello,
I’m a 25-year-old female looking for advice on peptides and overall support for my health and energy levels. I work a very demanding schedule where I wake up at 2:30 a.m. and work from 3:30 a.m. to noon, so fatigue and recovery have become a big challenge for me.
Because of that, I started taking NAD+ to help support my energy, and GHK-Cu for skin health and overall appearance benefits.
Recently, I was diagnosed with lipedema in my legs. I’m very small framed — around 110 pounds — but my legs often feel extremely heavy, inflamed, swollen, and uncomfortable, almost like they weigh me down.
