We crossed $1000 ARR for our 2.5 mo old product

Hey guys!

In two and a half months of launching a very very niche B2B SaaS, no marketing, no paid ads we are on a run rate of $1000 with our first 10+ paid customers.

It’s fairly a small amount so far but it adds a lot of motivation to the team and myself. We are just 3 co-founders grinding everyday.

Some things I have learnt in this journey (i hope you find this useful)

- I have followed the thesis of YC that says - ‘Launch’ as soon as you can. My first MVP had nothing I had imagined but I still launched. People downloaded the app, I called them up for feedbacks and iterated as fast as I could.

- Make your customers love your product .I have sat down with all the customers (offline), called almost every person who has downloaded the app, understood their problems, asked the right questions to iterate and deliver them what they asked.

- Most important thing is to solve a problem for someone. I see a lot of people over-engineering solutions, adding AI where it’s not even needed. My product has no AI/ML feature so far but we have used AI to develop and iterate fast

I’m sharing this out of sheer happiness. Feel free to add your views!
