Hey everyone,

I've only been fishing pike for about a year, all from shore, and just got myself a boat and a Garmin Echomap UHD2 92sv with the GT56UHD-TM transducer. Super excited but honestly I have no idea how to read the sonar properly. I've been searching YouTube for tutorials but haven't found anything that really clicks.

I fish on lakes in Poland and Sweden, targeting pike exclusively. I know the basics — like if you spot baitfish on the sonar, anchor up and work the area because pike tend to hang around them. But beyond that I'm pretty lost.

just general approach to finding pike from a boat with sonar?

Also if anyone knows good YouTube channels or videos specifically about using Garmin sonar for pike fishing in European lakes, I'd really appreciate the recommendations
