i got my braces removed today early morning and i decided to take a nap when i got home around six pm… i got a clear retainer that i have to wear for 2 weeks nonstop and i can only take it off for eating. my teeth felt sore but it wasn’t that bad when i went to sleep… well the pain woke me up from my nap i feel crazy i genuinely wanna cry from the pressure against my teeth the retainers are causing. my back teeth feel normal the pain starts from my fourth tooth and mostly in the back of them… no pain on the front of the gum… is that normal??? should i call my orthodontist tomorrow?
