So i joined Deloitte 8 weeks ago and have gotten the project 6 weeks ago. We were told to raise a snapshot, and set up some time with the lead for a check in call. My coach told me to jot down the points, add it in the tracker and send it over email to the lead looping her in cc. The feedback call was okay, and i was told that since i am new to the team and it will take some time for me to get accustomed. This is my TL’s response to my email. My coach asked to me set some time up with her after this email was sent. Is this something serious?
