White spots/patches on gumline

What are these white parts around my gumline? Appeared last week and they seem to be spreading to more areas/getting larger. Some of them I can pretty easily scrape the white part off and it's red underneath, but the little dots I can't. Hurts to touch and bleeds when I brush.
The dark spot on my bottom tooth is an amalgam tattoo.
